Count your many blessings

I know times are hard right now. Believe me, having a husband that works in construction, our checkbook knows how hard things are. Just when I want to sit down and have a pitty party with myself, I realize that there are people out there that would LOVE to just have my problems. People that I love and respect so much are having a harder go at it than I will probably ever have. It puts things into perspective. No matter what I have to deal with, there are people out there that have it worse. I need to remember that and try to lift them up and feel the blessing that surround me everyday. Count your many blessings name them one by one.

Amen Sister! But seriously I really think we should have a pitty party! A real party! That would be fun!

Amen to that! How funny, I just read what Ryanne wrote. Great minds think alike. Anyways, everytime I get frustrated because I have to go to work, I remind myself that there are a lot of people who would love to have my job. So then I count my blessings that I actually have employment! Thanks for the reminder.

A Party always sounds fun!
Ya, this work thing is pretty scary.
Darn construction. We sure hope someone needs some brick work, quick.
We have so many blessings, LIFE IS GOOD!!

I hate trying to juggle being a mom, a working woman, and all of the other things that come along with it, but at the same time, I am grateful. I think that pitty party sounds like a bit of a downer though, maybe a party about counting our blessings, we could sell our kids... lol lol !! count it up baby. tee hee

Amen sister, I know that has already been said, but when I finished reading it, that was the first thing I thought. I love when people post everyonce in a while whats on their mind.

That is so true!! Jason has been out of work since November and he just got a job, thankfully. It really does make you realize what is important!!
